Your inspector and owner of Appletree Home Inspections, Carl Eisen, is a member and a Certified Inspector in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), belongs to the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors (WAHI), is an affiliate member of the Washington Board of Realtors (WBOR), certified from the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), and licensed from the State of Wisconsin.

Results are computer generated with digital pictures and drawings used for enhanced clarity. Reference material is also included that explains many of the terms and conditions used in the report. All this is printed and bound on-site at the conclusion of the inspection with the added value of a home maintenance manual.
